All products, wherever possible, will be dispatched to you the next working day subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment or address details, which may cause a delay on the dispatch of your order. Therefore, we ask that you allow up to three working days, once your order has been accepted, for it to be dispatched. We will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order if there is a delay or items are out of stock. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped and posted the following Monday. Please not that we will only ship to the address entered at the checkout. The standard delivery charge is £7.00 per order, regardless of how many items are ordered. Delivery will be made by Fed-Ex within two working days of the dispatch of the goods from our BBC WAREHOUSE .We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.

They will then hold the goods at this depot for five working days to allow you to collect the order. Should there be no attempt by you to collect the goods; they will be returned to us. To return an item you must contact customer services at order@bbcicecream.eu to obtain a Returns Form which must be included with your return - please include your order number and full name in your email. All returns must be sent via registered and insured mail in their original condition to our return address.
You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged.
