I have changed my mind, Can I get a refund or exchange for a new size / colour?
If you are not fully happy with the products you have received you may return them to us within 7 days following the day of receipt. You will need to contact info@bbcicecream.eu before sending any returns.
We will only accept products returned in their original, resalable condition.
All items must be returned in their original BBC/ICE CREAM dustbag / packaging.
We will be unable to accept the return of any products that appear to have been worn, washed, damaged or in any way differ from their original condition.
This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Once items have been accepted we will offer an exchange, store credit or a refund.
Any returned products must be well packaged, so as not to be damaged in transit.
Any returned products must be sent with a trackable, insured postal service.
BBCICECREAM.EU is unable to assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items.
I think my item may be faulty, what can I do?
Faulty items will need to be returned to us for inspection.
If found to have a manufacturing defect, you will be offered an exchange, a store credit or a refund.
You will need to contact info@bbcicecream.eu before sending any returns.
Can I track my order?
All customers will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched, this will include the FedEx tracking number.

When will I receive my order?
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for order processing, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
Once your order is dispatched, please allow 3 - 5 business days for
delivery.
The signature of an adult will be required upon delivery.
If you have not received your order within that time please contact info@bbcicecream.eu and we will assist you.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We will only ever use Federal Express to deliver your order.

What payment methods do you accept? Can I send a Cheque? Can I use Paypal?
We currently accept:

Mastercard
Switch / Solo / Maestro Debit Cards
We do not currently accept American Express or Diners Club.
We are unable to accept payments by cheque.
Why do my billing address and delivery address need to match?
We require your billing and delivery address to match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.
